The BlueCow Underground concert venue opened in 2007 and the first show was our Halloween Party in 2007. The Underground features a 12′ x 16′ stage with additional floor space, DMX lighting, fog machine, backstage area large enough for three bands’ equipment. The room can hold from 25 to 250 people, making it an ideal location for an intimate jazz concert, house party or slamming metal show.

At various times during the year, we will be hosting Rock Band parties, karaoke nights and private events as well as game nights and live music concerts. Some events will be catered with food and drinks and others will be BYO. Check the Events Page for more information.

If you’re interested in using the Underground for your own performance, please let us know. We are a patron of all of the musical arts and welcome anyone who wishes to perform. We are especially interested in new acts who are just forming or who have not had a chance to play any venues. We do not charge anything for our services. You are welcome to charge your own covers at the door if you are attempting to make a little money for your efforts, or you may provide a free show.

We are conveniently located between two large population centers in Southwestern Missouri and would like to help you get your act seen by a wider audience.
